Feeding your baby can feel overwhelming before your little one arrives, especially with so much conflicting advice online.
This relaxed evening workshop is designed to help expectant parents feel informed, reassured and more confident heading into the early days with their baby.
Together we’ll cover:
• Skin to skin and the first feed
• How milk supply works
• Positioning and attachment
• What’s normal in the early days
• Breastfeeding, bottle feeding and combination feeding
• Pumps, expressing and practical feeding support
• Partners and birth partners’ role in feeding support
• Where to get help if feeding feels difficult
This is a practical, evidence-based session with plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.
Breast, bottle and combination feeding families are all welcome.
Partners and birth partners are warmly welcomed and encouraged to attend.
